Due to the increase cost of fuel – we have to include travel fees for certain areas.

No Travel Fees: Venice, Englewood, Osprey, Nokomis, North Port, Port Charlotte, Placida, Sarasota

$25 Travel Fee: Punta Gorda, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Siesta Key

$50 Travel Fees: Bradenton, Ellenton, Arcadia, Cape Coral

*$75+ Fees:  Tampa, Saint Petersburg, Fort Meyers .. and more

* Appointments farther out are at the square foot rate multiplied by 2 + plus travel fee. Agent must book two slots for an appointment that will take up an entire day of travel.
